Kirriemuir

We spent New Years night in a hotel in Perth.  Nothing exciting.  It was nice to have a bed though, as a treat.

Then this morning we drove to Kirriemuir, which was a step or two up from Muthill, but still pretty dour! (I thought anyway).  The land around was very rich looking, lots of potato growers, and strawberries too (under plastic).  It was like being in Oamaru.  Rather nice countryside.
