After the tour we visited the Hunting Museum in Munich, with an amazing display of hunting sleds used by previous kings/princes, along with crossbows etc.
In the evening we went for dinner and had a Schweinebraten at an old restaurant in down town Munich, the kids went off afterwards with Uschi to the toy store nearby, where a certain stuffed kitten caused all sorts of drama for a tearful Montana-Rose (who won out, and got to take the kitten home).
